Most memorable reads of 2014 are :
Dreams of Gods and Monsters by Laini Taylor
Ruin and Rising by Leigh Bardugo
Island and the Happily Ever After by Stephanie Perkins
City of Heavenly Fire by Cassandra Clare
Puddle Jumping by Amber Johnson
The Sky is Everywhere and I'll Give You the Sun by Jandy Nelson
Dangerous Girls and Dangerous Boys

Some of my most disappointing reads :
Liv, Forever
and what else i can't seem to remember them right now...lol!

It has been a year of fangurling for me coz i was really active in attending almost all of the book signing evens of 2014. My most fave where the ones by Stephanie Perkins and Marie Lu!!!

i believe 2014 was my best reading year, so far.
i manage to read 53 titles, i think, including short stories. it is not a very high number compared to laila's (as we know cyborg magbasa si laila :-) ), but compared to previous years eto na yung pinakawagas for me.

my favorite reads'this year will have to be The Fault In Our Stars. I loved it to pieces.
Cassandra Clare made my reading experience this year enjoyable. TMI and TID were fantastic. the first book in the tmi series was not as good' as i wanted but i was glad i pushed through the entire series (i marathoned it!) because it was very good. like very very good. the third book and the last were fantastic. the same with TID, fantastic!

i read my first Neil Gaiman this year and that is Stardust, which was our September(?) book of the month discussion. his writing is gorgeous. totally enjoyed it.

i also enjoyed the pivot point duology and the distance between us all by kasie west. i am looking forward to reading more kasie west. i thinks she creates lovable characters.

the books that disappointed me were:
- matched trilogy by Ally condie. overall the series was Bleehhh. i was being kind for'giving books 1 and 3 three stars at Goodreads.
- the geography of you and me. this did not interest me.
- the kill order, prequel to the maze runner trilogy. was not'good enough. by the way, for me the Maze Runner movie was one of the best book to movie adaptation and again for me, a rare one that i think the movie was better than the book. but that's just me, okay.

on other note, i won twice in laila's YA challenge. so yey and hooray!

overall, it'was'definitely a really good'reading year.
