Hello RP peeps!! :D (peeps?!?) =))

Our book of the month for April is The Maze Runner by James Dashner!

So here's a short summary of what it's going to be about:
"If you ain't scared, you ain't human."

When Thomas wakes up in the lift, the only thing he can remember is his name. He's surrounded by strangers--boys whose memories are also gone.

Outside the towering stone walls that surround the Glade is a limitless, ever-changing maze. It's the only way out--and no one's ever made it through alive.

Then a girl arrives. The first girl ever. And the message she delivers is terrifying
:O

or you can just watch the movie tie-in trailer to hype yourself up :) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=64-iSYVmMVY

hope to hear from you guys soon! It's been a while since i read the maze runner so i shall refresh my memory again and maybe relive the moments :)

I just recently finished reading this series...and my sore heart and body is still mending. Good thing i'm a munie or else i would had gone crank on all of you here. So good luck to those who are going to enter the Maze and keep yourself sane. Especially you arjaye...medyo sensitive ka pa naman. hehehe! seriously this series tends to challenge your sanity. Can you trust anyone at all? mwuahahahahahaha! WICKED is GOOD!

siguro we can discuss a question related to the book every week? :D Like for example, this week, the question would be:

Do you identify with any characters? Are you able to look at events in the book through their eyes—even if you don’t like or approve of them? Do they remind you of people in your own life? Or yourself?

hindi na ata iyan question lang, more like questionS =)) haha but it all just amounts to the same thing, relating to the characters

most of the time i just want to be a spectator of this world in catastrophe...i don't think i can survive this kind of apocalypse. but i can understand some of the frustrations of Thomas who has to muddle his way through the trials and try to keep himself sane not knowing who to trust. I love the fact that through all these duplicity going on around him, his fellow gladers are constantly loyal with him till the end.
