We should read to give our souls a chance to luxuriate. ~Henry Miller https://www.goodreads.com/iAmKathyKat twitter: @iAmKathyKat instragram: @iamkathykat
Started reading MARCEL PROUST's In Search For Lost Time... One commenter says reading it is like " swimming in mayonnaise". Nothing can be truer. (Just finished the first part of Swann's way). I fear that my self imposed sabbatical leave is about to end. Nearing my way back to the real world of material pursuit. I just wish i'd read this at the start... Oh well...
@ Laila hi! Had a dog named cujo (seriously) but opposite of king's cujo. Ours was pure askal...
Proust been cropping up lately in my readings. I take it as an omen. Wish me luck on this quixotic undertaking. Want to take this, in one huge gulp before the dreaded time arrives...

Mad Ship by Robin Hobb (which is Book 2 of the Liveship Traders Trilogy)
Mainly revolves around this very interesting idea of trade ships having live figureheads (the talking and moving kind). So far I find this book (and the first book as well) very easy to read and the characterizations very nicely written. A definite recommend for fantasy lovers.
Currently reading The World Beneath by Rebecca Cantrell. I first noticed the author when I read the Order of the Sanguine series since I am a James Rollins' fan... So far, enthralling ..
