Hi Guys!

Here is the final trailer of the movie adaptation of the Divergent Series by Veronica Roth. The first book is DIVERGENT. The movie will be out here in the Philippines on March 21, 2014 (if i am not mistaken)

I am excited for this coz I am fan of this series for about three years now so I hope you enjoy this and be interested to pick up this series as well. I think I belong to the AMITY Faction because I am not Dauntless enough. Peace! hehehe!

you are factionless...lol! which wouldn't be so bad once you have read Allegiant.

I am personally rating the movie 8/10...it was great! (not yet AWESOME ) hopefully INSURGENT will do that ... as anticipated there were many changes but over all it still captured the basic plot of the story and the necessary changes in the movie were done seamlessly to convey the plot points in the book. Because I wasn't thinking so much of what's in the book and simply enjoy the movie as it was, I was able to appreciate the film as a whole. I am still going to watch the movie again coz i want to pay extra attention to other details that i might have missed. I am happy with the cast. Some of my fellow initiates were not so happy of the missing scenes that they look forward to or the characters that weren't there, they are setting themselves up for disappointment, besides they will only ate up the limited screening time. I told them that i want non-readers to appreciate the movie as well coz they won't care for those missing details. The bottom line is that the producers are doing it for the money not just for the fans of the book. It is a harsh reality but I am just content that this series even made it into a film.

Shailene and Theo and Kate were AMAZING!

Shai as Tris is so ASTIG! you can really see how she is struggling to fit in Dauntless and being a Divergent but despite that no surrender pa rin! That ZIPLINE scene...wow! just wow! it made me think of Allegiant..it will be so *sniff* ! Please watch the movie. Even without reading the book you will still enjoy the movie :)

Watched the movie the second time earlier today. I managed to enjoy it even more! i went with a fellow initiate :) we were able to talk a bit in between about certain scene. Pero the movie house was almost full at our screening time. We can hear many of the audiences were squeeling about Four and Tris and some action scenes. I swear they fangirled and fanboyed more than we did. LOL! But i am happy about this coz it will make this series another successful franchise.
I get to feel more the flow of the sequence of the movie as the cinematic version of the book. I know that non readers were able to enjoy it and understand the basic plot of the story. They were right there with Tris in all her challenges. I saw this one person about two rows ahead of us, parang bakla 'ata sya with his barakada...he wanted to stand up and shout to the screen reacting to a scene na medyo tense na talaga. hahaha! i don't know what he wants to happen, parang director 'ata maka pag emote :D
Also i love the soundtrack! i have been listening to the album repeatedly a few days before the movie came out.

watched the movie yesterday! :)
it was just as how i expected to be, nag'expect na talaga ako na it wouldn't be as amazing as the book para iwas disappointment. But it is still great to see the book come to life! and Theo James was impossibly sexy for our very sexy Four, and the chemistry between Shai and Theo were just ahhh SUPER THERE ! AND that zipline scene, LOVE THAT ! hehe

Watched the movie last saturday... masyadong spoiler alert yung officemate ko kaya di na aq nag-expect masyado sa movie but I have to say that the effects are great and you're right @joesel... it's great to see the book come to life even with cuts and some changes...
---I super love their chemistry, I mean Theo and Shailene... they are perfect sa roles... I loved the final simulation test. It's funny kasi.. parang ako yung nahiya para kay Tris.. nyahaha

P.S. seeing Caleb also gave me an idea how they'll look together in The Fault in our Stars this coming August. hehehe
---can't believe kasali sa Divergent ang 2 other leading men ni Shai sa other movies niya... Peter(Spectacular Now) and Caleb(TFIOS)

i just watched it... and i couldn't stop thinking about it even after i got home! :O :) I had already read the book before watching the movie and it came out almost exactly the way i imagined it in my mind! :D except for the look of the pit though and some tiny details here and there but i'm extremely happy with the movie and that so many people even those who didn't read the book loved it! I guess because i don't really care if some parts in the book were not shown in the movie or if there are some added tiny details (like the public bathroom with no whatsoever walls or dividers; it actually added a touch to the movie!). as long as the main story plot is not changed and the feel of the movie itself is good, i'm happy! :D

hi ima_vee :) The actors playing Caleb and Tris will be lovers in the Fault in our Stars? wow one movie they're siblings and the next they're lovers... I can't wait to watch the Fault in our Stars! I haven't read the book yet though i've been wanting to for so long now. I watched the trailer and it seems like it's going to be nice!
