I love being able to find new books to read that are normally out of my usual scope, and that enriches my world even more.

Read Philippines is a very useful site for filipino book readers. I love discussing topics about the novels I read with other readers and Read Philippines is just the right place for me to see other people's different opinions regarding the books they've read. It is also a great source for me to find new titles that I would be interested to purchase. :)

What I love about Read Philippines is it is a place/community for readers around the country where we can interact and discuss about what we love the most: BOOKS. It is very rare to find people nowadays who love to read books and I can find great book enthusiasts here in Read Philippines. I am glad to have found this community where book lovers are very much welcome and you can discuss anything you want about your favorite books and know what others think about them. While technology is very much evident, I am happy to know that there are still some who loves books and the smell of opening them for the first time. Read Philippines helps in bringing together all book lovers in the country and that's what I love about them :D

I like ReadPhilippines because first of all, the community name encourages Filipinos to read, which is a nice message to send to everybody out there who I think needs reminding that reading is still important and books should still have a place in this modern-age.

Secondly, I like ReadPhilippines because it is and (in the future,) would (still) be creating a sphere in which Filipino book-lovers are not loners, and aren't out-of-place in the normal busy, technological world. It's like that little nook in which we like to sit in or that bed in which we like to lie on and read, except that there are other people present to tell you and make you feel that the nook is not only for a single person, and that the bed is wide enough for another couple more people like you or so.

Lastly, I like ReadPhilippines because the site is made only for the use and convenience of the readers. I really like the online library catalog, and the forums focus mainly on books and reading. It's just what I want and need, unlike other reader-sites that have too many elements going on that the main purpose of sharing books and recommendations are almost overshadowed by it.

They say that Filipinos are very family-oriented. ReadPhilippines is trying to create a new family whose passion relies on words. I want to be a part of that family. :)

What i love about read philippines is that they expand your network about people who loves and passionate in reading books. You guys changed the concept of bookworms to not be seen as boring and nerdy but something deep and meaningful plus an advantage in updating us.
