Hello MissRed =) hehehe it's a nickname given to me by my mother that means "little running boy" according to her. =) About books, I am fond of reading the works of Lee Child, Michael Connelly and Stephen Coonts. I can say that i'm obviously into suspense thrillers, crime and mystery. I am also looking forward to adding a legal genre to the shelve, so works by John Grisham won't be far behind in the near future. =) Again thank you very much MissRed. I hope to hear more. =)
I see, you are into crime and mystery. One member here, Chum, is into that genre. I've also had my fair share of crime and mystery via James Patterson. I have read one Grisham, which is The Brethren. I wasn't really into it.
Looking forward to interacting with you more. Again, welcome!

More into fantasy/sci fi. But i have yet to tackle high fantasy. Lately, i have been reading YA fantasy/sci fi books. I also read contemporaries. Basically, I read anything that interests me.

Hi Waku! I'm ahead of you by a few weeks, so we're both newbies here. Hope to hear how you react from Patterson and Grisham. Thanks to this club and to MissRed, I gave Patterson a chance and I really enjoyed it! I'm not familiar with the books you are into, will try to look into any one of them, time permitting. Welcome to RP
Hello Chum! =) Nice to know a fellow newbie here and glad to know one. =) Ok regarding James Patterson i know he's a great author in top of his game but to be honest i just read one book of him with a co-author whose name I forgot. The book is titled Step on a Crack, which i did not finish because I feel I'm really not into it. John Grisham we have a complete set of his works in our humble home but i haven't started to read any. Took a glance though of the Firm and a Time to Kill and man i already felt this Grisham's one bad-ass writer that earned his reputation. I like him and will move towards his book after I finish my Stephen Coonts, Michael Connelly and Lee Child collection. So there, now tell me more about the tomes your in. =) Sorry for the late reply just logged in today. Peace. =)
Waku, Hi! Have you read The Lincoln Lawyer? That's the only Connelly book that interests me so far, probably the Hollywood hype, is it any good? re: John Grisham: I've read a handful of his works but Pelican Brief struck me the most, I wanted to become a lawyer after finishing it, haha! I am also into MissRed's Pop Sugar Book Challenge, hope I get to finish most of the books as prescribed <fingers crossed> I have yet to update the books I have read, I own and want to own in my profile, will work on it real soon! It's a perfect day to read, have a good one!
