I love reading books and comics. my book collection ranges from geopolitics to economics and international politics. i also have fiction books but limited to only a few. in comics i have a somewhat large collection and i am currently on the hunt for comics by filipino artists.
Hi everyone! Bridgie James here, though I prefer Bridjames since it resembles one of my three favorite characters in one of my three favorite novels (Helen Fielding's "Bridget Jones' Diary"). This is the second book club that I've joined (the first one was in graduate school way back 2001); I know that this will be very interesting.

1982: The year that I started reading "Reader's Digest': The first reading material that I read; I used to collect "Reader's Digest" since then (though I stopped in high school). "The Color Purple": The first novel that I read (I was a grade three student then.)
