I would recommend this to a person child at heart! People say it's something like the Harry Potter series. Anyway, it's a good book! Can't wait to read the second book! <3

Bloody hell. She continued her stupidity from those first few chapters in book one. How could she possibly think that the people who wanted to kill her would just make a complete turn around and make her life their number one priority? How could she possibly trust those people? Because her existence could mean the destruction of their entire race? Because she's now being regarded as the highest of highs? She's being naive... and stupid. Didn't her recent experiences with them teach her anything? I honestly thought that all that worship and wealth got into her head and made it swell with delusions of grandeur. She may have that pathetic excuse of keeping someone safe but that's just it, an excuse.

Dammit. I now mind that instalove bit in the first book because I couldn't exactly imagine what Lucas saw in her. And I am not all for the whole super-powered vampire here - I just whut?

She still gets more stupid? i've read the first book...my close friend love the sequel ...but i have yet to pick this one up...but i did find the MC annoying in the first book coz really she's too TSTL xD seriously who goes off to meet a stranger in a strange country and think it's all romantic and sh*t... hence she ended up falling into a deep sh*t of whatever that was...lol! i just...KENNOTTT! you know?

I knowwwwww. This was my 2nd vampire book (after What Kills Me) since Forever Song. I generally shy away from vampire books nowadays (Blood of Eden series was an exception coz... come on) and I honestly thought that What Kills Me would be good but... no.

The Geography of You and Me by Jennifer E. Smith
Genre : YA contemporary romance, family
Rating : 3.8/5

my second book by this author. it has the same feel for me like i did with her first book. both are quite unconventional romance. both mc have some self discovery while worlds apart literally. yet the one night they spent together at the rooftop left a lasting impression to both of them more than they thought they would. there is that awkward question hanging between them but it took them
a year to sort their feelings out.

" you can't know the answer until you ask the question"

i would have given this a higher rating if more convo bet. them was written but sadly it was only alluded to in their emails towards the end that they have interacted longer than usual. so i wasn't that invested in their pairing u know?

HOW TO KILL A ROCKSTAR by Tiffanie Debartolo
5/5

OGM! have i told you lately, these so called rockstars are killing me?? hahha i bet, i really am a sucker for musicians, in real life, i just didnt know it yet. maybe, the books are pointing me to the right direction. well come on, ridge and adam and now paul! arrghh! those guys were like messed-up, but hey they are perfect to me. haha

going back to the back, ive really enjoyed this one. seriously, this book is awesome, complete and worth reading. all the twists and turns, all those lines, and most of the 'i never saw that coming' parts kept me hooked.

oh for the love of music, pick this one! gooddamn rockstars! haha

UNEARTHLY by Cynthia Hand
3/5

angels and angel-bloods. this is just a smooth sailing book with action just in the climax. written good as an introduction to their world, this is quite easy to comprehend. it doesnt bombard you with information overload. dull at times, but curiosity kept me on my toes, just because my first read about angels was a fail at that. so this unearthly, it redeemed the status of angels as one that i would like to know, and explore about. what they can do and what are their purposes interacting literally in the human world. and if they do fall in love with a human, like Carla did with "i will not name yet", what will happen? say, this a new realm that i want to dive into, not aggressively but calmly. :)

Gone Gone Gone by Hannah Moskowitz
Genre : LGBT YA contemporart
Rating : 3.9/5

if not for the ending that was rather abrupt i would prob give this a solid 4 but i usually don't mind it works for other books. although it provided info of what happened to resolve that deadly situation. it took me some time to warm up to the author's writing style. the voice of Craig and Lio were raw, gritty and intense. you do get to the point that u find them together adorable, in the midst of their confused state i sometimes can't help to ship them. i didn't find it disturbing that they are into each other, how many young teenage boy can say out loud that's their sexual orientation. i like that both have great family support they just have personal issues to deal with.

How to Kill a Rock Star by Tiffanie DeBartolo
Genre: Adult Contemporary romance
Rating : 5/5 Bananafishhhhh!

coz my dear fwend Arjaye gaved this a very glowing review and i know i have copy of this already so i decided to bump this up early. can u say this took me by surprise, it was certainly edgy and i'm no stranger to stories about rock stars making it big in the music industry still this one almost had me fooled and i was wailing (in my mind) of the unfairness of it all that the author tricked me into another God Shaped Hole tragedy but talk about trolling us with depression but it was worth it coz i was soon squeeling like a banshee and rolling on my bed at dawn O.o
