Let It Snow by John Green, Maureen Johnson and Lauren Myracle
Genre : YA anthology Christmas theme
Rating : 3/5

It was fluffy, romantic and cute and it started out as very promising but it ended not in a bang! it was quite a disappointment :/ good thing i did enjoyed a lot out of the first two stories.

Darker Water by Lauren Stewart
Genre ; Adult romance
Rating : 4/5

i was surprised that i end up really enjoying this one. i got engaged with the MCs and it was quite angsty but not in a way that is annoying, sure i got frustrated in some parts but over all a really good read. it deals with dark issues such as domestic abuse esp. women abuse. but the romance still took the front seat of the plot. it wasn't any insta love and that what makes this delish.

Sociopath by Craven Lime
Genre : dark erotica bdsm theme
Rating : 2.5/5

there are scenes here that made me squimish since it involves edge play...so this will not be for everybody and i thought that MC will be compelling coz he is a sociopath...but he wasn't as devious as i thought his character would be. he has his moments but most of the time he was just obsessed with the main woman character who i don't like from the beginning...coz i didn't like how she was portrayed in this book through his eyes...the reason why i end up liking it a bit more coz of that unexpected twist towards the end...it convinced me that just maybe they are made for each other after all in a most f*cked up way. this is pretty much a dark & twisted romance.

Fifty Shades of Grey Trilogy by E.L James

Tried to read this when i was in 4th year college but that time the sex scenes were just too much for me. And now after 2 years, i finally finish reading it and found the trilogy fascinating. :) i love Christian Grey and all his fifty shades! Who couldn't love him after you've read him in his weak moments, his overprotectiveness over Ana, his quotable lines to Ana. And any girl couldn't just help but relate to Ana.

If you want to read Fifty Shades but your taken back by its sex scenes, you can just skip them if it gets too much for you. Anyway, i didn't quite got half of what they were doing. :)

And i was surprised to learn that this was a fanfic of Twilight and yes, there were really similarities between the 2 books.

The Clockwork Angel Trilogy by Cassandra Clare

i wonder what took me this long to read this book, it was really amazing! after finishing the The Mortal Instruments series i was again caught up in the world of Shadowhunters. :)
The trilogy explained the history of some things in TMI, like the necklace of Isabelle and where Church the cat came from and most importantly Brother Jeremiah!
And while reading it, you can't help but get confused over to whom you're going to root for Tess - Will or Jem?

Cassandra Clare never disappoints. This is my new favorite series. :)

P.S. And what it is about Miss Cassandra Clare that she writes the "tot" scenes in not so nice places? Jace and Clary had theirs by a riverbank in the demon realm. Will and Tess had theirs in a cave-like place while being held hostage by the Magister. Wala lang, just a thought. :)

A Kiss in Time by Alex Flinn

This is modern re-telling of Sleeping Beauty. The story was amusing, funny and nice. :)

The Promotheus Deception by Robert Ludlum
3/5

I wanted to read something different from my usual genre but skipped some "blah blah blah" parts. Kept me thinking whodunit but somehow failed to get me thrilled.

I adore Will but I have always been team Jem, given the fact that I love Brother Jeremiah when I first finished the TMI series.
