this was a fast read for me another win for rick riordan! i enjoyed it very much just like the last one another stellar quest...this will be one of my fave series to read. i admire percy's loyalty to his family and friends and this hero will certainly surprise us more as he will turn sixteen soon and make the ultimate decision...btw my fave quote from this book is "mooooo!" hahaha! for those who have read this knows what i mean.
funniest scene in this book..."something flew past me (percy), and a blue plastic hairbrush hit Kronos in the eye"...that hairbrush courtesy of Rachel Elizabeth Dare aka RED as i call her...as expected many more mythical monsters were coming out! another enjoyable read from this series.
i simply devoured this book (figuratively of course!) it was an epic battle to win all epic battles as expected...though an unexpected party crazy centaurs is unexpected...what a riot those guys were! LOL! one of the many characters and creatures that i came to love from this series. over all i was satisfied with how this series ended but i think there is a new set of series being alluded to from this...according to the new oracle "R.E.D" anyways.he3x. so i'm off to search for a new adventure to read.
this second sequel to the heist society book series was another fun read for me..the usual gangs are back for another seemingly heist impossible job to pull off...Kat Bishop is such a strong character and its sometimes mind boggling to imagine a teenage girl to possess such level of talent as a thief. I wanna head to Monte Carlo and pull a James Bond or something.
if you want to read about how computers were developed, better read this book... the title of this book should have been Steve Jobs and the Rise of the computers... hahaha..
the development of computers, apple products and pixar was told in parallel with steve jobs life...
didn't know that MIcrosoft just copied the technology from APPLE and made their own WINDOWS... hmmm...
now, am defintely gonna be buying iMAC next time...
