Delirium by Lauren Oliver...a dystopian society that medically declares love as a disease that needs to be cured or else it will cause delirium or more specifically Amor Deliria Nervosa. But Lena fell in love of course w/ an invalid(Resistant outcast) Alex so all hell break lose. It was just an okay read because nothing much big happen until towards the very end when it really took off...too bad Alex got left behind :( sometimes i hate cliffys.

Pandemonium by Lauren Oliver sequel to Delirium...just when Lena is developing into this kickass spy heroine, an Alex/Lena/Julian triangle happened wth??!!! I kinda like Julian but he is not Alex! So Lena i'm telling you can just go and die from too much Amor Deliria Nervosa now. And again that effing cliffy!!! Alex my heart Broke when you choose to leave behind in the last book and now my heart aches for you once again when you reappear in the end In this one, only this time Lena might be the one moving on and leaving you behind...aaarrrggghhhh!

Bloodlines by Richelle Mead...alchemist and vampires...I enjoyed reading this one. In fact I really like the female protagonist Sydney Sage an alchemist...she is very smart but don't come off as condescending. Sydney's loyalty and beliefs will be tested again and again when a secret assignment will bring her to the very close company of the alchemist's enemy...vampires.

On the Island by Tracey Garvis Graves, this New Adult contemporary novel is a mixture of castaway and blue lagoon w/ a younger man and an older woman but amazing story!

Because its love month I'm gorging myself w/ steamy romance or whatever romantic dramas I could read:
Up in Flames by Nicole Williams : smokejumpers are badass! Lol!
Easy by Tammara Webber : more than college romance its also abt women empowerment! NUTSACK! lol!
One Week Girlfriend by Monica Murphy: I need a marshmallow now after reading this.

Infinite Days by Rebecca Maizel...a 600 year old vicious vampire queen becomes human again then remade to a vampire by her coven when they found out then back to human again because she is special like that...its YA so don't expect any Anne Rice type of book. I like the flashback to Lenah's vampire days and hate the Justin dude.

Stolen Nights by Rebecca Maizel...sequel to Infinite Days...so Lenah stayed human this time long enough to go Buffy the Vampire slayer on Odette the Vampire Queen wannabe. So many twists to this story and with a heavy heart with how this book ended i now look forward to Rhode and Lenah be reunited again. Duh! i will always dig the romance ;)

Ten Tiny Breaths by K.A. Tucker...this YA drama about a girl suffering with PTSD after a car accident and finding a love enough to heal her emotions and learn to let go and forgive. I actually end up liking this book very much since Kacey was not depressing all the time she is funny too. And Trent is *sigh* hot.

What Kills Me by Wynne Channing...a young Canadian girl who is studying arts in Rome meets a mysterious beautiful italian lad only to find out he is a vampire and in her desperate attempt to escape fell into a some kind of vampiric sacred well she survived the fall but came out a vampire and the monarch were out to get her. This was actually entertaining to read. But i have to say there are much much better vampire stories in the YA genre.
