finally finished this. it was just as i hoped it would be. an understandable explaination of things i always googled and searched on wikipedia - psychological bias and heuristics. basically, its a summary of years of research of the author on decision theory and human logic. the premise is we are logical but at an effort so normally we run on instinct which isn't always logical.

Claim Me by J. Kenner...second installment to the Stark trilogy. I think i am beginning to be "Damienized". I came to like both Damien and Nikki. Their dark passion for one another is quite a revelation. As far as erotic romance goes this installment is much better than the first book and even more provocative when it comes to intimate scenes compared to the Fifty Shades and Crossfire series IMO. Unto the final installment Complete Me...

Complete Me by J. Kenner..the third and final installment to the Stark trilogy. So i'm finally done with this series. It was certainly an emotionally charged finale and it was drawn out almost towards the end of who the real culprit is who is making those threats against Nikki. The steamy scenes between Damien and Nikki continue to sizzle like nobody's business and the rides in the limo continues to be provocative it should be illegal..lol! The dark passion they have for each other is just off the chart! it is nauseating sometimes. I get it you guys are meant to be together no matter what other obnoxious jealous harpies are saying O_o

From Bad to Cursed by Katie Alender (Bad Girls Don't Die #2) ...it took me awhile to pick this up again and continue to finish this book. Alexis (the main protagonist) is the one being under some sinister evil spirit/entity spell this time and it was her younger sister Kasey who came to her rescue. This is a great creepy story. For the Sunshine CLub girls who have low self esteem that they are willing to give anything even their souls to be able to fit in and feel good and have a good life and be beautiful. In the end someone needed to be sacrificed for nothing good is for free and the cost is too high. I like that this isn't just another creepy/horror story of an evil spirit manipulating a group of innocent girls,it also reflects about human weaknesses and that deep inside we are vain for what is beauty, success, fame and wealth.

So Over You by Gwen Hayes..a chapter break that is light and juvenile..i enjoyed this story over all and the blinds dates have its very funny moments, while the revelation at the end of why Layney is the way she is and why she cut off Jimmy all that years ago was a kind of a surprise twist. I did had my hunch that maybe she had a horrible experience that she can't tell anybody but it was a pretty heavy issue. It reminded me of "Speak". Now back to Jacob and the peregrine...

Just finished TO LOVE A COUGAR by Marisa Chenery. It was an okay short read. The plot's too cliche for me. x
