Uncharted (On the Island #1.5) by Tracey Garvis-Graves...once again i was taken back to the beautiful yet can be deadly at the same time in the idyllic paradise island somewhere on the Maldives but this time through the weary but still young Owen Sparks as he began a tale of his journey to this island filled with unexpected love and tragedy and how that one fateful day his decision will change two lives forever. The author is an amazing story teller she has drawn the conclusion of this epic story in this one and i was feeling nostalgic and moved by it all :) You must read the first book first "On the Island" before venturing to this book. Do not miss this series i was blown away with this story!

JET (Marked Men #2) by Jay Crownover (New Adult)... this is the story of Jet Keller a passionate musician, tattoed and intense and Ayden Cross a pretty southern bell who swore off mean like Jet for she wants to start anew with her straight and secure future plans but the chemistry is too much to ignore for far too long. I did enjoy the drama but not as much as i did with the first book of the series "Rule" who will always rock as one of my book boyfriend! hehehe!

so i think i have made my quota for this week with my adult reading will shift back to my YA tbr list this time :)

Fighting for Flight (Fighting #1) by J.B. Salsbury...i was tempted to make a quick read of this one during my lull period in between my YA read and one by John Updike...don't like the heroine that much but love me always an MMA fighter like John "The Assassin" Slade ;) of course it is one sexy read but the the female lead kinda ruined it for me...sure i'm all for sexy, young, badass mechanic like Raven but her almost juvenile inner rantings are just plain annoying most of the time. it was a waste of personality on her it is not really endearing to me.

The FIERY HEART (Bloodlines #4) by Richelle Mead....OMFreaking Gaaawwwwdddddd! what a cliffy!!!! that tore my heart...it seems my heart has been bleeding a lot these past few weeks over these heart wrenching books that give me the feels...okay okay okay i will just KEEP CALM and CENTRUM PERMANEBIT!!! i was totally fangirling over SYDRIAN (Sydney and Adrian) talk about star crossed lover in this epic fantasy series...lots of drama but this one really focuses more on the struggles and growing relationship of SYDRIAN and it was also sexy to boot! Zoe i really hated it that you betrayed your sister like that but i do understand how misguided you are right now so i hope you will still be redeemable otherwise Hopper will ash your rigid alchemist ass! i knew that love phone is going to be their downfall somehow no matter how being careful they were. Ugh! another waiting period!

Seraphina (Seraphina #1) by Rachel Hartman...and so not all book heroines need to be kicking ass but Seraphina captured me with her quite determination and her struggles and still remain an admirable character all through out the story. She thought she was alone, she feels alone, but her uniqueness as a half breed made it difficult for her to find her place in a world that see her kind as an abomination. She tried to blend end but she stood out when she has so much in her to share and to give. An intelligent epic fantasy!

Lola and the Boy Next Door.

Budding designer Lola Nolan doesn't believe in fashion . . . she believes in costume. The more expressive the outfit—more sparkly, more fun, more wild—the better. But even though Lola's style is outrageous, she's a devoted daughter and friend with some big plans for the future. And everything is pretty perfect (right down to her hot rocker boyfriend) until the dreaded Bell twins, Calliope and Cricket, return to the neighborhood.

When Cricket—a gifted inventor—steps out from his twin sister's shadow and back into Lola's life, she must finally reconcile a lifetime of feelings for the boy next door.

-this book is such a nice read. it has some lines that will really make you think. one example is: "sometimes a mistake is not a what. it's a who." for some reason that line got stuck in my head. :)
