Fighting to Forgive (Fighting #2) by J.B. Salsbury... this is the story of the next MMA fighter Blake "The Snake" Daniel who fell in love with his mouse Layla Moorehead...who is everything he swore not to get involve with in the first place. It is a sexy contemporary novel and though i like the MCs enough, the author's writing style has yet to really captivate me.

Clockwork Prince (The Infernal Devices #2) by Cassandra Clare...i definitely enjoyed this more than the first book. Here i really get to understand and sympathize with Will's years of silent burden. And that love triangle that i anticipated here were in full force but it was not messy or anything but it certainly left Tessa so confuse and even heart broken. AARRRRGGGHHH!!! the last 20% of the book really did it for me. But the mystery behind Tessa's ability and why Mortmain want her at all cost remains to be a mystery till in the next book i hope!

i know, ive been been in hiatus for quite a month now.. and i was only able to finish one book. Hopeless by Colleen Hoover was one sad book. The way it was written was good, the problems and conflicts those characters were experiencing was quite tragic. I was traumatized by the story itself. I cannot relate to the story but i can imagine how hard and difficult the situation was. The best part was that all through out, Sky has Holder. In a story as bleak as this, a great support system from the people you love and trust most was definitely enough to help you make it through.

The Professional Part 1 (The Game Maker #0.1) by Kresley Cole
Adult Contemporary series...it is erotic and very short. I realized this is just a set up for the series. But what a freaking cliffy! hahaha! the author will work you up till the end and then bamm! If you are into mobster scene this one takes you to Russia. Still i might be curious to see the next installment. I am still new to the author's works.

Upon a friend's recommendation, I picked the this one up. Pace is great. It's thrilling and action-packed. Lots of non-romantic monster lore.

Three days later, I've finished the first three books of the series. xD

Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman

"is that all there is?"

Reality, insanity, what matters and what does not.

Again, Neil Gaiman is a superb storyteller and has a great imaginative mind. this is not only a novel that will take you in an adventure but also a tool to reflect your own London Above and London Below.

*gonna take a nap and then i'll try to start another book to read.

A Whole New Crowd (AWNC #1) by Tijan...her heroine is always badass but in this one Taryn Rosette Matthews is one icy b*tch! the whole usual high school drama but with very mature content that touch about drugs, underground crime activities and etc. but its actually very engrossing...but man it felt so long.

Mobster's Vendetta (Mobster #3) by Amy Rachiele...the story of Megan and Antonio was finally tied up in this third installment. Apparently Megan is a natural born sharpshooter i would normally dig that she is that badass and can stand beside with Antonio especially in this kind of family "business" but she felt like a mary sue to me. she plays a harp like an angel and almost everybody likes her. i was hoping that there would be an actual showdown between Antonio/Megan/Demetrius but that angle did not pan out exactly...and i was kinda disappointed of how Demetrius went out in this one. On the other hand i was kinda intrigued about the other side characters like Vito and Erin :)
