Hot Ticket (Sinners on Tour #3) by Olivia Cunning...another scorching installment of this erotic adult rock band series. It is the story of Jace dubbed the little man by the other guys of the band but he is the most intense and kept to himself for he have quite a burden that keeps inside for many years and Aggie was just the right kind of dominatrix to coax him out and provide the pain that he needed.
Warning : graphic erotic bdsm contents.

Angelfall (Penryn & The End of Days #1) by Susan Ee...the first angel/human pairing that i really love at first book. I really like Penryn the heroine of the story and is human, she is kicking ass and is loyal to a fault. Here you will learn of an agnostic archangel Raphael. Like yeah he said that here. But i dig the desolate feeling of this post apocalyptic world wherein the angels were the baddies who lay siege to the world. The reason behind it we have yet to learn as the series progresses. There are scenes here that are hard to stomach that involves hanging little girls its gruesome guys! The last 10% of the book it what really clinches it for me. The devastated feelings of Raffe for his wings, for Penryn and how hard he has fallen because there are other angels who are too ambitious to want to take him out of the running. Man these angels are violent! This one will go to my latest fave read this year :)

Evertrue (Everneath #3) by Brodi Ashton...the final installment and it was okay over all. I got annoyed with the idiocy of Nikki for the first half of the book. And Jack became Hercules and getting all cheesy with Nikki. Look i'm a hopeless romantic but theirs comes off cheesy maybe because of the execution. And the Dead Elvises have permanently retired from the surface scene and in the Everneath. RIP Cole you have redeemed yourself after all.

"Deep down I knew you would be my beginning and my end. My moral consciousness began taking shape the moment I met you. In that way, my own soul began. and then when I fell in love with you, my own heart began." ~ Cole to Nikki

O such sweet... bittersweet parting words. I was surprise I felt the most for that moment in the entire book. I just love tragic figures. I think I shall pick up Neverfall later to get to know more about Cole. This is a novella from his POV.

"Moments later he was dust. My hands were empty. And I was alone."

MORE THAN HIM (More #3) by Jay McLean...New Adult contemporary romance. This is the continuation and conclusion to the story of Logan and Amanda. The Last book was such a cliffy like heart breakingly so...this was a perfect reunion for one of my fave couple. I am feeling sappy over this you cannot even imagine. My heart is happy to beat again...Thump! Thump! It's sad yet hopeful, the angst was just the right amount not to overwhelm you but stay true to the characters and no unnecessary drama like being in denial after being apart for about a year. I see growth and a different side from them as a couple. Many funny moments that made me really laugh out loud! So it was not all bleak, or angsty or mopy there is moving forward and sexy moments! especially in a closet *wink wink*

One of my fave read this year! It is not a surprise really from this author :D
"You said you wouldn't kiss me."
"I'm not."
"So what are you doing?"
"Remembering you."

Well yes delirium was such a cliffhanger that i expected lots and lots of actions in pandemonium as the title suggested but there is a calmness all over the book. Haha maybe because of julian, he rubbed some of that soothing calmness to lena. Haha it was only the way i felt. There were lots of actions too here, new characters, too but i missed somebody. Oh well, theres requiem, the third installment. Im starting on it. actually, halfway through the book already. Hihi

i actually like Lena's time in the wilderness it shows just how gritty it is out there but not really feeling Julian...i actually expected that a certain someone will be the cliffy in this book. Do let me know of what you think of the final book.

Night School
Night School #1
C.J. Daugherty

Allie Sheridan’s world is falling apart. Her brother’s run away from home. Her parents ignore her. And she’s just been arrested.

Again.

This time her parents have had enough. They cut her off from her friends and send her away to boarding school, far from her London friends.

But at Cimmeria Academy, Allie is soon caught up in the strange activities of a secret group of elite students.

When she’s attacked late one night the incident sets off a chain of increasingly violent events. As the school begins to seem like a very dangerous place, she finds out that nothing at Cimmeria is what it seems to be.

And that she is not who she thought she was.

It was not epic to be precise and there were other minor things including clichés and it's-always-the-same instances that would have normally irked me and set me off into rant mode but, surprisingly, it never bothered me here. Huh, I guess, I was in a rather good reading mood and was quite forgiving.
