Just now, I learned that Veronika Decides to Die was actually made into a film. I'll try to get a copy of the movie to see if it's any good.

here's another one i found at Apple Trailers Jane Eyre, by Charlotte Bronte!! though i don;t know if it was shown here

Hi lizzie, just saw this Jane Eyre movie! It was very good, i cant say if it was a faithful adaptation because it has been a long time since I read Jane Eyre! But it did seem to follow the general flow. I liked the way it was made, not the usual romantic kind but bordering on suspense...thriller, maybe even gothic.

Dear John: Just finished reading the book and I must say I liked it better than the movie version. Ending was a bit different too.

wow, I didn't realize there were so many books turned into movies pala. There were also books by Stephen King that were turned into movies like Dolores Claiborne, Pet Sematary and Tommy Knockers, but I think the movies didn't do justice to the novels. ^^,

I love the book yet i despised the movie. The creators should have stick to the topic of complaining of tobacco companies to promote worldwide anti-smoking campaign.

This is the final scene of Blade Runner (Director's Cut) based on Philip K Dick's oevre DO ANDROIDS DREAM OF ELECTRIC SHEEP?. So far, one of my all-time favorite Sci Fi film. Some of PKD's works that were made into film are Minority Report, Total Recall, and A Scanner Darkly.

All good stuff for Sci Fi buffs.
