Hello RPerrsss!

So National Bookstore hosted a book signing event for three of the best selling YA authors namely Tahereh Mafi, author of the shatter Me series together with her other half Ransom Riggs author of Miss Peregrine's Peculiar Children series and the lovely Veronica Rossi, author of the Under The Never Sky Series. I love all three series and I was ecstatic to meet them in person. Here are the photos I took with them. This was held at The Gallery of Ayala Center Cebu on April 27, 2014 Sunday.

Come on if you can survive The Maze Runner series you can do Miss Peregrine series :)
Shatter Me took more than one reading for me to really appreciate the first book. There is a love triangle but it was the anti hero Warner that made me love this series and Juliette the heroine became stronger in the later series. Try book one first just to see if you will like the author's writing style.

noted and understandable...my first impression of Warner was not really favorable..and i thought he is just plain insane...but then i read Destroy Me a novella in the POV of Warner and I realize there is something more to him than meets the eye...still give this one a chance.
Like i have mentioned before the first book did not appeal to me in my first reading. Like i didn't get the hype why my close friend was so into it. lol! i can't stand the heroine Juliette...so weak. But yeah the author said that she meant Juliette that way in the beginning till she progresses into a strong one.
