Its halfway thru March already but still no suggestions from other members :(
I don't know much of books that is basically humorous. Supposed to be there is a poll already by the last week of the month. This suggestion came into the first week of March already.
So maybe we could have this poll instead for April Read.

Here is my suggestion for this one : Bridget Jones's Diary by Helen Fielding (the movie was pretty funny to me)

Its April already... this is not picking up fast enough :( but i hope more response from fellow RP members? another email blast from the admin if it helps.

I'm open to Malot's suggestions as well. But with only about 4? of us just responding to this thread maybe will stick with the initial theme suggested from the admin for now and then put forward again the book being suggested by Malot in the next month.

It's a book of essays with lots of humor in it and everything else. I havent read it yet. I got the copy from a friend and naunahan pa ako ng nanay ko magbasa ng libro and she's delighted with it. Kaya nasa humor theme pa rin naman hehehe.

In that case I don't mind picking this one up an add this on my April read list. How do we ask the moderator of this thread to start on this particular book instead? Or can we start a separate thread for this one but much better if it came from admin coz they can email blast to all members to direct them to the link of the April read thread.

I Laila, I've asked Ivy (thevinethatwrites) to put up the votation for this month asap :-) Members are also free to go ahead and do this in case Ivy is busy! :-)

Yes, an email to all members will be a good help. IF we cannot change the format, then the email will be great as reminder and we'll have a head start for what trend we will be looking for.

Laila, i think you can start a YA trend..maybe YA book for the month, and be a moderator there. But remember its a month-long reading, and not just a day OK hehe.,..I'll join promise..
