is there any difference in the story bet. this spider movie compare to the previous trilogy w/ tobey maguire? maybe because its an "amazing spider man" this time? hehehe. sadly i'm not a huge fan of this franchise. i happen to like emma stone so i might change my mind...hmmm.

The big difference is of course, being "almost" faithful to the original Spider-Man story having Gwen as Peter's first love. Spider-Man fans know what happened after that, when the maniacal Green Goblin entered the picture (this will happen for the sequel probably). Emma Stone never looked so good in this movie, and the paradox of making and breaking a promise is the main tension in this story.

@ deathwalker, i've read ur movie review for this...made me want to see it on big screen. i'm hoping i can better appreciate this version of spider-man coz he is the least superhero that i want to watch again...did andrew give justice to the spider-man role???
