This is what I have. I am starting my graphic novel collection with these:

1. Dragon Ball
2. Dragon Ball Z
3. Death Note
4. Death of Superman
5. Return of Superman
6. Star Wars the Force Unleashed I and II

I bought The death of superman book when I was young. But I lost the copy. And I was surprised when I accidentally stumbled upon a copy of the same and plus the sequel. So I got a copy of both of course. hahahha...

7. The Priest - I will start collecting this one. I just saw the movie. It caught my interest easily. Its basically a group of Priest protecting the people against vamps/monsters. Something like the Resident evil series. But instead of having just one Milla Jovovich, you have the Priests. I have searched but couldn't find a copy of the first one.

I heard that DC comics will reboot all their comic books by September. I find it a very good chance to start. Just have to pick a character to follow.

I actually steer away from super-hero stories. Although I have Watchmen and I love Batman but those are pretty much it. There are a lot of graphic novels that are more in-depth and have great stories and fascinating narratives. I collect graphic novels, mostly the underrated ones I suppose. I'm planning on completing the precher series by garthe ennis and steve dillon.

Preacher is a great series. It's not too mainstream since it caters to adult readership but look at Constantine, a movie was made from it and the Sandman TV series or movie is not far from happening soon.
When McFarlane, Portacio, Lee, et. al. left Marvel to form Image, I used to collect the SPAWN series until issue number 100. I like studying Greg Capullo's style of pencil works for it until issue 100 when they killed Angela (a character created and owned by Neil Gaiman).

It's a Craig Thompson binge. :) I hear he's coming here next year.

Also plugging our local comics. There's Elmer by Gerry Alanguilan (which has won a few awards and nominations) and 12 by Manix Abrera (available din sa Flipreads ito, *plug* *plug).
