Haha i understand the feeling! i'm almost graduating from the age as well. >.< thanks for the answer! may i ask if with the genre thriller/suspense, would it still be appealing to you if an inspirational element is added there?

hi there! i just wonder, even if your most preferred genre is romance, would an inspirational book (w/ kind of a dark theme) appeal to you as well? :)

ok! thanks for that! :) sorry if it's asking too much but, would you also read "that" kind of book with pictures? (not drawings but photography for example.)

If ever that thriller YA book has illustrations in it (photography for example), would you be more interested to buy it? :)

Hi Chelsey,

Thriller definitely. Although, I'm 10 years off from YA age bracket. Turning 30 this year, yay!

Anyway, yeah absolutely with photographs as an element in the book can be surely effective in reading it. I read one book that used this kind of "technique" titled Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children.

The pictures used in that book definitely made an impact on how i read through the story. I was totally engaged while reading it. I was even anticipating what i would see next as i turn the next page. Since, maybe most of young adults are more into visual stimulation, using photographs can be helpful to make them feel be a part of the story and not a mere audience while reading the book.
